If you’re unsure on numbers initially, we can make a preliminary booking for the amount you’re sure you need and then extras can be added up to a week before your event.
There’s a 25% deposit required to secure the dates and the balance is payable a week prior to the build date.

TENTS
We have a stock of 220×5-metre bell tents, all with a custom made, XL 2-metre door. They’re made from 320 GSM, 100% cotton canvas, with steel poles, a 540 GSM ripstop PVC groundsheet, with feature fly sheets on the main door and 4 windows too. Roomy and top quality!

BEDS
Our furnished tents come with full size beds (90x190cm) with a steel frame, including a header and footer, plus a super comfy foam mattress to ensure that all our guests get the best night’s sleep. We can fit 4 beds per tent and they can be configured to your liking.

FREE AWNING!
As an added bonus, we offer our charming 4×6-metre awning, beautifully decorated with bunting and lights, complimentary for bookings of 20 tents or more.
For smaller bookings, this stunning addition is available for a nominal fee, adding an extra touch of magic to your event’s ambiance.

Yes! If you prefer to bring your own extra bedding, you are more than welcome to.
You can book via our website, email, or phone. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for busy events in the peak season.
There is a 25% deposit due upon booking to secure the dates and the balance is due a week prior to the build date.
The Deposit payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Customer – Events other than the Isle of Man TT / The Open
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we’ve set up a fair refund policy for cancellations made by customers. Here’s how it works:
If you cancel 100+ days prior to the event date, you’ll be liable for 25% of the total booking
If you cancel 99-45 days prior to the event date, you’ll be liable for 50% of the total booking
If you cancel 44-18 days prior to the event date, you’ll be liable for 75% of the total booking
If you cancel within 17 days prior to the event date, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund.
Our tents can be set up at festivals, private events, weddings, sports events, campsites. The ground must be flat, well-drained, preferably with short grass.
No! Our team will handle all the setup and takedown, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
Your essentials, personal belongings, and any additional comforts you prefer. If you opt for a basic tent hire without bedding, bring your airbed, sleeping bag and pillow.
Yes! We specialise in providing luxury bell tent villages for weddings, corporate retreats, and special occasions. Custom packages are available upon request.
