Henley Regatta Glamping Accomodation

Stay in a beautifully styled 5-metre bell tent that blends effortless comfort with understated luxury. Cosy real beds, spacious interiors, and a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. By day, soak up the racing and riverside celebrations; by night, retreat to our serene glamping site after a thrilling day at Henley Regatta.

The glamping village offers thoughtful extras, including a pampering tent, a welcoming clubhouse, seating areas both inside and out, tasty hot breakfast on offer each morning, and fresh pizza served in the evening.

Only one mile from the Regatta, our glamping village has it all: tasty breakfasts, late night pizzas, deluxe hot showers, plenty of (flushing) toilets. Additionally, a large social area with seating inside and out is complete with a stylish marquee, plus a well-equipped pampering tent where everyone can get regatta-ready in style.

Four real beds inside a glamping tent at Henley Regatta.

BELL TENTS

Sink into real beds with cosy winter-tog duvets, quality linen, two pillows per guest and soft throws for extra warmth. Each tent includes full floor matting, solar lighting inside and out, a small table, full-length mirror, clothes rack with hangers, and general and recycling bins. Arrive, settle in and let the good times begin.

BAR

The bar, serving a great selection of craft beers, ciders, spirits and sparkling wines will be open every evening from 18:00, last orders at 23:00, and closing at 00:00. With indoor and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect place to end your day with a night cap and a slice of handmade pizza.

PAMPER TENT

In the glamping village, a lavish tent is dedicated to beautification and features illuminated make-up mirrors, hair dryers and hair straighteners. Why not grab a glass of prosecco from the bar while getting glammed up.

KITCHEN

Breakfast will be available from 07:00-11:00, expect full English, hot sandwiches and the likes. Hand made pizzas will be served from 18:00-23:00 each day, with a selection of tasty toppings to choose from.

ONSITE FACILITIES

There are plenty of luxury hot showers and flushing toilets, spotless, stylish, and spacious facilities which provide a five-star in a field experience. Hot water, a sink, bench and simply a premium guest experience.

POWERED TENTS

The option to add-on power to your booking is at your disposition. This can be used for charging small devices only, so please leave the kettle at home! We’ll be in touch closer to the event to confirm power requirements.

We will be open for check in from 14:00 on Monday 29th June and last guests will check out by 11:00 on Monday the 6th July.
Yes, there are plenty of both on site. Deluxe hot showers will be added, along with clean, flushing loos.
Power is an extra option you can add-on to your booking. It’s only suitable for charging phones and other small devices, so leave the flat screen at home. We will be in touch closer to the event to confirm power requirements. 
Charging points will be available in the main marquee for guests who have not chosen the power option. 
Heating is not available but we do provide winter tog duvets and throws for extra warmth. If you really feel the cold, some warm PJ’s may be a good idea!
Yes, breakfast from 7:00-11:00 and home-made pizza from 18:00-23:00.
Yes, the site is staffed around the clock. We will have SIA licensed personnel on site between the hours of 18:00 and 06:00. A manager will be on call 24/7, should their presence be required.
The main event is a mere 20-minute walk from the site, so you can leave the car parked-up and stroll down.
Yes, it’s limited to one vehicle per tent and is charged at £20 per vehicle. With a limited number of parking spaces available on site, we’re encouraging guests to arrive by public transport or lift share. We will be in touch closer to the event to confirm parking requirements. 
Our tents can sleep a maximum of 4 people each, but only the amount of people booked in a tent are permitted to stay in it. No guests unfortunately.
Yes, you still need to purchase event tickets, booked directly from the official regatta website.
As we’re setting up on a sports field, we have a strict no glass policy on site and to help enforce that, unfortunately, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol. The bar will be open by the time you arrive back from the days racing, so don’t worry!
Unfortunately not, another limitation to using a sports pitch!
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the tents and in the communal marquee. There will be designated smoking areas for guests to use.
