Choose from two luxury glamping sites: Douglas, centre to the action and just a 10 minute walk from the bustling grandstand, or the serene feel of Castletown with coastal views and regular transport links.

Excellent facilities on both camp sites include hot showers, breakfast, somewhere to watch the highlights and our luxury furnished bell tents.

Douglas in the centre of the action, just a 10 minute walk from the bustling grandstand, or the serene feel of Castletown with its countryside, coastal views, and regular transport links including a scenic steam train. 

There are excellent facilities on both sites which most importantly include a cosy bed, hot showers and somewhere to watch the day’s racing highlights. Nine Yards Bell Tents come fully kitted-out with real beds, winter tog duvets, a throw, two pillows each, a full-length mirror, a solar lantern, and full matting.

Castletown

The Southerly town is exceptionally picturesque and only a 10 minute walk away, boasting beautiful sea views, local shops, eateries, bistros and pubs, with a sprinkling of interesting local characters. The whole island is accessible from Castletown, even when the road closures are in place.

The local football Clubhouse is proudly maintained to the highest standards all year round by its members and provides a lounge and bar area that serves breakfast from 7:00 till 10:00, with a licensed bar opening from 19:00 till 00:00 and a  TT Live+ Pass to watch the day’s racing highlights. Hot showers and flushing toilets are accessible 24 hours. 

The campsite is located on the Bilown Circuit, home to the Southern 100 and the Pre-TT Classics, which take place on our opening weekend, 23-25th May

We accept bookings from groups of any size, if you’re looking to book more than 4 tents, get in touch as we can offer you a 10% discount. Practice week prices are discounted by 30% against race week. Additionally, we offer a long stay discount of 10% for bookings longer than a week.

ARRIVING EARLY

If you’re on an early ferry or flight, early check in will be permitted where possible, if your accommodation is not ready you can leave your baggage with us for collection later in the day, while you go off to explore.

PARKING

There’s plenty of free parking at Castletown for bikes or cars.

ARRIVING LATE

If you’re arriving after the regular check in hours, just let us know in advance and we’ll have a member of the team waiting for you to arrive.

LEFT LUGGAGE

We have a secure, free of charge left luggage area. Speak to a member of the team on site if you need to drop bags while you explore the island.

If you are booking after January, the total balance will be payable immediately. Payments can be made via bank transfer or via card at the time of booking. If you need to pay via transfer, please use the contact form to get in touch to request an invoice.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking space on either site
Real beds with winter tog duvets, 2 pillows per person, and throws for extra warmth. Each tent also includes matting throughout, a solar lantern, a small table, a full length mirror, coat hangers, a clothes drying rack, and a wastepaper basket, all designed for your comfort.
Castletown is bookable from Friday the 23rd of May and we close on Monday the 9th of June.

Yes, both our IOM TT sites have hot showers and flushing toilets which are open 24 hours a day

No, but you can charge your devices in the Clubhouse at Castletown. For warmth, we provide winter tog duvets with throws on the beds. If you are someone who feels the cold a lot, it may be best to bring an extra blanket with you or warm pyjamas.
Yes. The kitchen is open for breakfast early enough for you to get a good start on race days. There will also be evening meals available on certain days.
Castletown Clubhouse has a licensed bar open between the hours of 19:00 and 00:00 each evening. 
Yes, both sites have good access to the island’s public transport network. Timetables are sent out as part of the welcome package prior to your arrival. The buses run later and more regularly than usual during race season, so you can still get back to site if you want to stay out late.

Castletown is located just 1.5 miles from the airport and only half a mile away from the site. This charming town boasts a variety of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and historic buildings. The Square is the main area in the center, with plenty of places to eat or relax, all while soaking in the town’s atmosphere and stunning views of the coastline and harbour; Perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Douglas

Location-wise, you don’t get closer to the action than this! 2km from the Grandstand and 20 minute walk away from the promenade with its persistent low hum of bikes in their fleets, Bushy’s TT Village pumping out live music surrounded by stalls, central eateries, pubs, shops, tattoo parlours and generally just a scene to dive into.

Based in the state-of-the-art modern Ballerkameen high school, this site has a large cinema room with a TT Live+ Pass to catch all the missed action on the big screen. The canteen serves traditional breakfast from 7:00 till 11:00, as well as a very popular pop-up Persian kitchen in the evenings. Yum!

There’s 24-hour access to toilets, hot showers, free tea and coffee (excluding breakfast hours), as well as an indoor pool, a lounge/lounge and massage station.

Note: For bookings arriving on Thursday 29th May, check in available from 16:30 only, with access to toilets and showers. Other facilities are accessible from 11:00 Friday 30th.

New conteDouglas promenade and seafront is a scenic stretch along the coast and a short distance away from the site. The promenade features Victorian architecture, shops, cafes, and attractions like the Gaiety Theatre. The nearby Manx Museum offers a deep dive into the history and culture of the Isle of Man. 

Douglas itself holds a whole host of eateries such as cafes, bars, bistros and shops, all within a 30 minute walk of the site.
